**Formats available:**
- **1-day refresher** (7 hours, 6 modules): $189
- **Comprehensive** (2 days (13 hrs), 11 modules): $319
**Practical assessment:** Workplace-based supervisor attestation + video upload (Day 1) + 3 F2F workshop stations (Day 2 in comprehensive format).
You will be able to
- Apply person-centred care principles to people living with dementia
- Recognise behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) and the trigger model
- Use validation and reminiscence communication techniques
- Identify late-stage palliative needs for people with dementia
- Partner with families through the dementia trajectory (comprehensive format)
