What's covered
Six-station competency F2F — hoist, slide sheet, sit-to-stand aid, repositioning, fall recovery, no-lift policy.
**Formats available:**
- **1-day refresher** (8 hours, 7 modules): $119 + $145 practical fee
**Practical assessment:** F2F mandatory — 6 competency stations at AISC Adelaide OR in-house at your service. Cannot be completed online only.
You will be able to
- Apply the AISC no-lift policy in everyday transfers
- Use a slide sheet, hoist and sit-to-stand aid safely
- Reposition a resident in bed without staff or resident injury
- Manage a fallen person and complete a safe lift or wait-for-help decision
- Identify your own injury risk factors and use the AISC self-screen tool
