**Practical assessment:** Workplace-based supervisor attestation (Day 1) + integrated palliative case workshop (Day 2 in comprehensive format).
You will be able to
- Apply the principles of person-centred palliative care
- Recognise the dying process and the dying-phase clinical signs
- Assess and escalate pain, dyspnoea, nausea and agitation in end-of-life care
- Communicate sensitively with families across cultural contexts
- Support staff through bereavement and debrief (comprehensive format)
