Workplace Placement Support
We guide you before, during, and after your supervised workplace placement to ensure a positive experience.

- Ongoing contact during placement: Regular check-ins with your trainer and support staff
- Post-placement debrief: Reflection on your experience and alignment with course learning outcomes
- Issue resolution: Swift support and advocacy if challenges arise during placement

Financial Hardship Support
Experiencing financial difficulties? We offer flexible payment and support options.

Proactive Support — We’re Watching Out for You
AISC monitors your attendance, assessment progress, and engagement throughout your course. If we identify triggers indicating you may be struggling, our team proactively reaches out.
Warning triggers we monitor:
- Attendance below 80%
- LMS (Learning Management System) non-engagement for over 5 days
- Overdue assessments
When we identify concerns, we contact you directly to understand what’s happening and to connect you with the right support — whether academic, wellbeing, financial, or other services.
