Refund Policy
Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to change your mind after signing your Letter of Offer.
14 Calendar Days to Withdraw
Within 14 calendar days from the date you sign your Letter of Offer, you may withdraw without penalty. You will receive a full refund of all tuition fees paid, less a non-refundable administration fee of $250.
Important: You must notify AISC in writing to withdraw during the cooling-off period. No questions asked — we respect your decision.
Refund Entitlements

| Non-attendance | Does NOT trigger automatic withdrawal or refund. Contact AISC to discuss your situation. |
Fee Structure
Current tuition and administration fees for AISC courses:

Government Subsidised Fees
Government subsidised fees may be available for eligible students. Subsidised tuition fees and rebates vary by state/territory. Contact AISC to check your eligibility.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Administration fee: $250
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) application: $250
- RPL assessment per unit: $200
- 3rd and subsequent reassessments: $150 per task
These fees cover administrative processing, assessment time, and resources. Once services have commenced, refunds cannot be issued.
How to Apply for a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund:
Submit Request in Writing
Send your refund request to accounts@aisc.edu.au or complaints@aisc.edu.au with your student ID, course name, and reason for refund.
Include Supporting Documentation
Attach any relevant documents (withdrawal form, evidence of circumstances, etc.) to support your refund request.
Acknowledge Receipt
You’ll receive written acknowledgement of your refund request within 2 business days, along with your reference number.
Assessment Review
AISC will assess your request against the Refund Policy, taking 10 business days to review your circumstances.
Written Decision
You’ll receive a written decision detailing the refund amount and reasons. If approved, the refund process will commence.
Bank Details Verification
We’ll contact you to confirm the bank account for the refund to be processed into.
Processing
The refund is processed through our finance system and sent to the bank account provided.
Confirmation
Refund paid within 28 business days of approval. You’ll receive notification when funds are transferred.
Payment Arrangements
No GST on Training
AISC is GST-exempt for nationally recognised training. No Goods and Services Tax applies to tuition fees.
Payment Plans Available
First instalment capped at $1,500 (2025 Standards for RTOs, Compliance Requirement 18). Flexible payment plans can be arranged to suit your circumstances.
Financial Hardship Support
AISC recognises that circumstances change. If you experience financial hardship, contact our student support team to discuss payment options and support available.
Non-Attendance
Non-attendance does NOT trigger automatic course withdrawal or refund. If you’re unable to attend, contact AISC immediately to discuss your options.
