**Formats available:**
- **Comprehensive** (2-day awareness (18 hrs), 8 modules): $299
**Practical assessment:** Awareness level — no physical practical. Workplace project required: a redacted real or simulated incident review submitted post-course.
You will be able to
- Distinguish between an incident, a critical incident and a reportable incident under NDIS / Aged Care frameworks
- Apply a structured root-cause analysis to a critical incident
- Write a stakeholder-ready incident report
- Prepare a NDIS Commission / ACQSC notification within required timeframes
- Lead a debrief that supports staff wellbeing while preserving evidence
